That is what is called a self-inflicted wound! He should have cleaned house when he took office. He didn't. Thus, now he suffers from what they have done from the inside. The cancer is on the inside, eating its way out.

This info is out there but I will tell it once again. Just before clinton left office, he made many of his minions civil service which means that President Bush could not get rid of them unless they broke the law and got caught. Once clinton knew Bush would soon take office, he found a way to keep all his moles in the administration. Hope that helps you to understand.
