Thanks, Saber. I can appreciate McClintock's views. If he were running for office in Texas, he would likely win, I think. But ...He's running in California. If 'Conservatives' stick to the 'principles', then California will end up with Cruz for Governor. But, from what the comments I've seen, some 'Conservatives' think that's a good thing (as I recall, I haven't seen you post that, btw). Oh, well. What can I say to that?
My brother is a Texan too, but lives in the Sacramento area. I sent him an e-mail the other day to ask him his opinion on the McClintock vs. Arnold issue. He told me that he also prefers McClintock to Arnold (same as me). But he's voting for Arnold for the same reasons that I would if I was a Cal. resident - he would rather have Arnold for Governor than Cruz ...
McClintock should gracefully bow out and run for Governor or Senate later. Just my humble opinion.
