You are right. Tom demonstrated his cool mastery of policy, and Arnold showed charisma. They'd make a great Ops/Sales management team, because California is going to need both in the top office.

Regarding your question regarding the statement by H. Ross, I don't recall if he said it in the debate or on one of his "Larry, may I get a word in please" CNN interviews. But it's a great line "I'm the only one running who's ever signed the front side of a paycheck."

I work in the business arena, and you see many of these charisma/detail combos. And I have to admit (as a McClintock supporter) generally the detail guy is working for the charisma guy.
