I personally think that given everything else in this debate, Schwarzenegger won the governor's office tonight with the "sign the back of the check" line. It's quite a tasty bit of rhetoric.

Notice how the Republicans focus on spending within our means with an objective to support jobs and businesses, while Democrats focus on taking mre money and spending more money. If they fix something , they try to destroy Workman's Comp,...it won't be to keep it honest,..they'll shoot to insure the benefits are removed and reshuffled to their programs.

It IS a great line. To give political credit where due, however, Perot used it in '92.
