The RATS are gasping their last dying breaths. Let's put our collective boot to their neck.

The sitting president give a speech to the UN every year. In a certain sensem it is not really an issue of whether to go or not, it the content that was important.

I look at the "timing" of drunken Kennedy's vitriolic attacks on POTUSSpeaking of timing, did Huge Ted give his remarks right on the heels of Bush's speech? Hmm...seems to me he didn't even listen to it.

It was on Brit, if you can catch the rerun tonight. Teddie does not look like he is in good health. He doesn't walk very steadily, and his lips quiver.

There is a video that can be downloaded on C-SPAN. It won't work on my Mac.

Where'd you get this transcript. He did not close with "Thank You." He said only, "May God bless you all." Wonder why the change?

He added on "May God Bless You All" while at the UN (I heard it too) -- this was the transcript provided to Bush-Cheney '04 by the White House of what the speech would be saying!

Thank you so much for posting this!
I only caught parts of his speech today via radio.
I thought he did an excellant job.
While I wish he would have given the UN verbal notice of eviction, I understand it will take awhile.
His speech must also have heartened a few fense sitters in Iraq. Were I in their position, the very last thing I would want is a larger UN role at this stage.

That is exactly what I am thinking! He added those words on to what they had for the transcript and IMHO speaks volumes about this President. What a great way to end his speech and do it on his own!

President Bush has 'stayed the course' in his determination in the 'War on Terror'. For that I am thankful.
Demands of immediate perfection in all facets of government here and abroad are laughable! President Bush is cleaning up the mess THEY left us in. There is absolutely NO ONE I would rather have leading this country.
Let the idiot dems lie and rant. Remember every time they accuse 'our' side of something it means they are guilty of the offense of which they accuse.
To: Joe Hadenuf
As much as I agree with you, it's better to have a seat at the table then to be looking at a closed door. Until that evil body is disbanded, we should stay engaged.
