Especially when it sets the precedent of trying to criminalize other "bad habits"...."for our own good" of course.

Then, you're a liberal and fool. Legalizing drugs will increase the number of users, increase the number of innocent victims killed by drugged-out freaks and increase crime. No, we don't need to diminish the quality of life in the US so greedy politicians can have more money to spend.

I'd rather they stay out of it altogether as the constitution prescribes.
