This is a cream cheese poundcake. So rich and moist, I like it by itself! (With a Mountain Dew chaser, of course, which Kathy just provided.) ;)
I have strawberries and blueberries and other assorted berries in the freezer though. AND some whipping cream in the fridge! I may have to get creative. (Also, I've yet to try out this hoochie I got from creamright.com that instantly makes squirty whipped cream, so I can even use the "but I need to test some equipment" excuse.)
