Yum!!! (My SIL is on the errands run and picking up some stuff for me, so I haven't even decided what's on the menu for tonight, other than being absolutely certain it will NOT be Friskies!)

I just found another reason for liking pound cake as a snack: If you use a good serrated knife, you can slice it directly out of the freezer. And it's good even when it's frozen solid. ;)
