Looks like it is getting moisture fed to it from the northern atlantic seaboard. Much more moisture in it now, the interior is growing in altitude, and it is structurally more organized and symmetrical than yesterday. As quickly as it lost strength and got downgraded, it could gain strength and be upgraded. Given the amount of change in even the last two hours, I think it will. Another sat pic should be in in a few minutes.
