The Nine Circus have not only said voters are too stupid to cast a ballot, elections must be 100% flawless - they've given themselves a license to run California's internal affairs, something our federal system forbids. I mean their whole reasoning to nullify an election a load of pure BS and they knew they were looking to get overturned, or else they wouldn't have given themselves a one week escape hatch. It seems the Nine Circus Clowns are incapable of following the law or common sense. The only thing that will deter them is fear of embarrassment although I recall in a death penalty case a decade ago they tried to overrule the SCOTUS three times before the nation's highest court had to issue an unprecedented order prohibiting them from making any more rulings in that case. So you have to wonder if these folks on that appellate court learned anything from that fiasco.
