Since certain members of the HRC apparently also "informed the police of this violent hate march," they can probably be charged with filing a false police report.

I also know that in a lot of cities, using the city seal under false pretenses (as they did) can at the very least cost you your job and is often also a violation of city law.

Why settle for civil charges against these people? File criminal charges against them as well!

I like your thinking Timesink! Criminal it is. Personally, I loathe these ridiculous thought-crime laws, but as long as we have them on the books, let's go after the real haters. Good grief, family picnic paranoids. The mayor needs to get this under control ASAP.
