I read Laurie Mylorie's book before 911. She warns everyone of the possible coming threat.

One of the main investigators who had been attempting to get the government all this information was killed on 911. He was a firefighter and when he heard about what was happening he rushed to the top floor to help get everyone out.

Was that John O'Neill? I just heard about him the other day. Ironic that he died in that attack. Yes, I've got the Mylroie book, haven't finished it yet, one of several I'm working on. But fascinating, and I think she's being listened to by those who should listen to her, at least I hope so...

So, ConservativeMan55, what is your arrangement with the publisher of this(ese) book(s)?<wink>

Your post reads more like a press release than a post praising what, indeed, seems to be two interesting books.

If you have an affiliation with the author/publisher/whatever, this is a type of SPAM that we don't need on this board. (Seriously the segment ended 15 minutes before your post and you had a 1221 word post with graphics and links. Even if you had cut/paste stuff in, it seems just a little suspicious).

On the other hand, if you are simply an enthusiastic FREEPER trying to spread the word, you should simply post, "Hey, I recommend these two books"-type post and a link to Amazon is cool.

Ramzi Yousef is also discussed in THE CELL, by John Miller,Michael Stone, and Chris Mitchell.

Yousef was originally a bomb-maker, and supervised the setup of the 1st WTC blast. He had entered the country illegally, with another fellow,Azaz, who had a bag full of bomb-making manuals, weapons videos, etc,

The INS recommended Yousef be detained for hearing/trial,but the Immigration court released him on his own recognizance.( As if that were'nt bad enough, the man they did hold-Azaz-petitioned the court for "return of his reading materials". The court said,"Oh yass, poor chap !" and gave him his bomb manuals back. He promptly passed them along to Yousef.)

Yousef himself never appeared for his hearing. He went ( surprise, surprise !)to the Pakistani embassy and got a new passport under a fictitious name. After the WTC bombing, he flew off to Pakistan, and started up a whole megillah of bombing and other attacks. He may very well have been in on the 9/11 planning.

Ordering these books at my library now. I've read reviews and interviews with these authors with great interest as I am quite convinced Iraq was behind 9/11.

Why the administration downplays what evidence it does have, which is quite substantial, is a mystery.

I've read Laurie Mylorie's book and she makes the exact same case. I don't know what it is that fascinates me so much about this subject,

I to "obsess" on this. For me there really is nothing more important on the world stage today than the war on terror, how we got here, who is the enemy, how do we fight him. For me at least everything relates to this.

One thing I don't like about Lance's book is that though he concedes with Mylorie that al Qaida and Hussein agreed to not let their differents hinder mutual aims against the U.S.A. - He refuses to deal with Mylorie's well documented case for Yousef's Iraqi connections (He wants to maintain that al Qaida was purely the responsible agent for the Trade Center attacks - with out the slightest cooperation from nation states in the region (like Iraq). I don't think this position can be upheld in any honest review of the facts.
