I attended Southwestern College in the summer of 1973. It is a junior college that is heavily supported by taxpayer funds. Mecha controlled a very large office complex in the physical education building, more offices by the admin offices and major league space in the student union building. The Mexicans on campus were very arrogant. They had a very significant budget as well. The pet name for the place was "Tijuana Tech".

There has just got to be some form of legislation they can be sued under. I want a class action law suit brought against all on-campus Mecha centers. This lawsuit should be brought in federal court so it can be nationwide. If the lawsuit is contentious enough, each participating University can be named as a co-defendant and therefore a deep pocket. The organization must be made such a liability to each university that the relationship would be ended.

I hope the new surge of voters doesn't affect the Oct 7 recall election!

One thing is certain, the number of Absentee Ballots in California for the 2004 presidential race will INCREASE.

Also added to the absentee ballot numbers will be ballots sent to fake identities and to people who really live out-of-state or even worse, out of the country!

(oh yeah, that accounts for the illegal vote already...)

This is a BIG Mess.

And here we sit, in the middle of it all.
