9-11 is also the date the judge determines whether racism can be used to cancel the CA recall elections. Remember - the ACLU sent the memo out as the nation mourned 9-11-01 - telling their members that chaos was a perfect time to sneak unpopular laws past the distracted people. What a humane bunch.
