Boy, you're quick!! Thanks for getting the information.

It looks like Greer had the MCCONIHAY relationship in the 70's and Damonte had it in the 90's.

. Here's something on MCCONIHAY related to mobile homes.

MOBILEVEST HITS THE ROAD FOR M&A

The pair, who started last month, form a newly created M&A team that will report to MobileVest President Stephen McConihay.

MobileVest's goal is to acquire 100 mobile home parks by early 2000, said Chairman Edgar Fox. To this end, it has engaged Southern Financial Services, Inc.

All of the company's acquisitions, including possible real estate purchases, will be of Florida-based targets for the next 12 to 18 months, [snip]

MobileVest names new CEO

MobileVest has named a new chief executive officer. The New Port Richey holding company promoted Steve McConihay to the position of president and CEO. McConihay formerly was president of Signature Financial Services, a mortgage lender and property manager based in Zephyrhills, which MobileVest is in the process of acquiring. Earlier this week, the company said it plans to diversify its holdings into retail properties in addition to its current base of mobile home parks.
