On the same page. :)
My daughter just advised that WFLA radio news reported that Judge Lazarra has asked the State Attorney General's office to let him know if they are going to intervene by October 6.
They must be looking at it for the judge to have reason to say that.

What is significant about Oct. 6 now?

Hey, that's great news!!! Waaaaait a minute....the AG's office said they never got anything! Hmmmm, I suppose someone was either woefully misinformed, or woefully misinformING.
I really feel good about Lazarra. I hope/think that he will give the complaint a fair reading/ruling. I know I'll be praying along that line.
IMHO, the previous Federal complaint did its job -- it got shot down, but with a wink and a nod. The amended complaint bears this out. It is so much more complete, and is most likely going to fly.
Note that the precedent they were to have been prepared to argue (Oh, what was the name of it?) in the hastily filed motion before this is not mentioned, IIRC, in this order. That precedent was clearly related to jurisdiction. IMHO, jurisdiction is no longer in question because this precedent is not mentioned at all in the new Order. To me, that is a very good sign.
