Governor Bush's letter did result in a lot of activity. I don't know what legalities might be involved, but I would not be surprised if he hasn't spoken to former Governor Gilmore of Virginia about his experience in this area. He certainly found out there were legalities involved. I agree.

My daughter just advised that WFLA radio news reported that Judge Lazarra has asked the State Attorney General's office to let him know if they are going to intervene by October 6.
They must be looking at it for the judge to have reason to say that.
