They have turnover at Hospice. Maybe we found a perfect employment opportunity for those guys. I've got to go. It's really storming here and I'll be back.

Boy, you're quick!! Thanks for getting the information.
It looks like Greer had the MCCONIHAY relationship in the 70's and Damonte had it in the 90's.
. Here's something on MCCONIHAY related to mobile homes.
Source: Mergers & Acquisitions Report; 05/03/99, Vol. 12 Issue 18, p6, 1/3p
MOBILEVEST HITS THE ROAD FOR M&A The pair, who started last month, form a newly created M&A team that will report to MobileVest President Stephen McConihay.
MobileVest's goal is to acquire 100 mobile home parks by early 2000, said Chairman Edgar Fox. To this end, it has engaged Southern Financial Services, Inc.
[snip] The New Port Richey, Fla.-based company signed a letter of intent, in March, to acquire eight mobile home parks valued at $24 million. Once completed, the deal will bring MobileVest's total to 12 parks, mostly located in central Florida.
All of the company's acquisitions, including possible real estate purchases, will be of Florida-based targets for the next 12 to 18 months, [snip]
In other words
- Damonte was the lawyer for people who suddenly sold their mobile home park while the residents were out of town.
- Damonte's pal, MCCONIHAY, just happens to buy mobile homes.
Mobile home owners reeling at sale, With the land they live on sold out from under them, Parsley's Beach Resort residents have more questions than answers about their future.

Take a moment to register at the Tampa Bay Business Journal on line. They have a TREMENDOUS ARCHIVE. I bet there's a goldmine re: Hospice, maybe all these attorneys and maybe the Jerger Insurance interests. It's worth registering. How do you think we beat McBride last year when he ran against Gov. Bush? We checked TBBJ's archives for one thing.

I can't believe all the things you all have dug up on these people! Can of worms is right, let's hope they get a nice big helping of justice....one way or another.
Great work everyone!

I'm listening to Shaun and wondering why he is giving the boy in Utah so much time, I haven't heard him mention Terri, but I have been in and out? Is anyone in the media helping her today? I missed Glenn Beck, but understand he has been promoting her cause for a while now.

Well, Felos name is mud in Tampa Bay, Hospice's name is mud, Judge Greer's name is mud. Michael Schiavo is the east coast's version of Scott Peterson. I think we're having a good freep. We're just holding people accountable and like the President says "Bringing them to justice."Let's hope this follows them wherever they go. The Schiavo/Peterson comparison is perfect.

What would Jesus do? Maybe, if he couldn't lure the modern masses to church, he would build a place to enjoy a basketball game, a yoga stretch, a play or a meal. That's Pasadena Community Church's $3.8-million idea. By WAVENEY ANN MOORE, Times Staff Writer © St. Petersburg Times published September 25, 2002 Souvenir copies of the floor plan for the new building, which also will be used by the church's day school, were distributed as Sunday's crowd entered the center for tours and refreshments. A large multipurpose room, which transforms into basketball and volleyball courts, dining room and auditorium, has been named Jerger Hall in honor of longtime church members Evelyn and Richard Jerger's "very significant" donation.
A "very significant" donation on a 3.8 million dollar building. That's got to be an awful lot of money they gave, for it to be significant to 3.8 million. Is this the same Jerger? Is there THAT much money in insurance? That's an awful lot of money.

That sort of philanthropy always reminds me that those who have such deep pockets seem to also be so "well-respected" in their communities. Barf!

They're reporting on it now. The Judge denied the motion but said that lawyers could try again in 10 days....conveniently AFTER the date for removal of the tube.
Schiavo's lawyer (Felos-the-Felon) said that he didn't think the Federal court would bar Greer from setting a date.

It means that the motion for release of medical records and revocation of guardianship were denied. It also means their request to move the action to the federal level was denied. UNJUST PINHEADS. Oh God, what's happening?!!!
