A San Francisco Judge just overturned 100 death sentences. Seems for criminals, a jury, not just a judge must render the sentence! But poor Terri, just because she had a criminal husband, is sentenced to death?

Not really. That would require fine dexterity, and her muscles have been allowed to atrophy. I would be difficult for her. Not only that, but I think it's a gastric tube, which could be connected to a "port" in her side or abdomen and used only while actively feeding her. I'm not positive on this one, but the atrophy alone would make it extremely difficult.

Well, Felos name is mud in Tampa Bay, Hospice's name is mud, Judge Greer's name is mud. Michael Schiavo is the east coast's version of Scott Peterson. I think we're having a good freep. We're just holding people accountable and like the President says "Bringing them to justice." No news yet. It's 3:56 p.m. I have closed captioning on so I can hear Hannity. Bay News 9 has a web site, people. Maybe they'll put HEARING NEWS on their site asap. Also, AP may have something or world net daily. (Drudge doesn't seem to be interested in this matter.)

So why do the FL voters like this George Greer so much? Is it just name ID and lack of effective opposition? Also Pinellas Co. is moving strongly to the Democrats.

She can make sounds. Don't you think if she was in some sort of discomfort from the tube, there would be verbal cues, like an infant when you have to figure out why they're fussy? It's been 13 years. She's still with us. It's turning into a long hearing. No word yet. I bet they're covering a lot of ground in there.

Wow, they didn't leave anything out with that affidavit (#613). Praying that the judge is fair and impartial, and that he rules in favor of Terri.

Some woman down there smacked a dog and kicked it after it peed in her lap. The dog died and she is under arrest. $2000 cash bond. This after a brief blurb about the hearing, which they said is taking place right now.

If the judge sides with Greer, I hope we can get a bunch of people together to protest. We would need that devil mask, along with one of Kevorkian. But I hope it doesn't come from that.
