This is breaking wide open and Terri's condition has improved. I'm all a blur from all the emails, phone numbers and research caring freepers have posted here. I thank all of you for your efforts. We've covered many bases. Maybe Terri will finally get justice and then have more healing.

You folks are the best people in the world. God bless you all for all you have done and continue to do. I know how hard you have worked for this woman. I have followed these threads since they have started. I can't seem to read any others. It is a compelling story and I hope and pray that the husband and his friends pay dearly for what they have done. I pray that Terri lives and is finally able to get the therapies that she needs. She has suffered tremendously.
I will continue to pray for Terri Schiavo, and I will also pray for all of you. You have all done a great job and you have restored my faith in humanity. Again, may God continue to Bless all of you.

This caught my eye because Soros is associated and hospice is prominently mentioned.  He is involved in everything worldwide and has close associations with X42.

I have not spent the hours that would be necessary to examine the entire site.  This particular group has been active since 1994......that's 9 years they're ahead of us.  But for Terri's plight, I wouldn't know this group existed. 

They could be using Terri's case as a landmark case.  Florida is a good state in which to engage this battle because ramifications of the controversy could have secondary political benefits.  And....we do have plenty of old people......if unsuccessful, they can try, try and try again.  Also, perhaps there's financial reward for those who participate that would make the original $700,000 look like chicken feed.  All this is speculation, but 8 years of WJBC has led me to look carefully (and suspiciously) at events.

Do you think this is all money driven or they are trying to make society more secular, i.e. wherein eventually our individuality doesn't matter at all or our right to life.

We are a village. We are expendable because we're just one more body. And "imagine there's no heaven." I think that's where they're headed with this campaign.

Glad that the Catholic Attorneys filed their own Brief for tomorrow. All the way from New Jersey.

Self appointed spiritualists like Felos are soul-less. They are not walking in the light. This is about so much more than one feeding tube and I agree this case itself has monstrous implications and proportions. We'll do what we can and God can do the heavy lifting.

I think that's wonderful. God bless. Along about 2:00 tomorrow I'll be in prayer, as I'm sure we all will. But let's remember that they're preparing tonight...burning some midnight oil. Pam Hennesy's office manager, Tom, shared that they were extremely busy there. Keep them in your prayers as well as all other parties involved.

How can she be getting treatment at the hospice when this is specifically against Michael Schiavo's orders? Does she have pneumonia? Ironically, the 64-degree requirement may have killed bacteria and prolonged her existence, but it would not help much with overcoming pneumonia, would it?

It is good that the parents are trying to prevent cremation in the event of imminent death. Cremation will cover up all the evidence of a crime here.

No one has yet said how M. Schiavo earns his living. He has apparently spent $300,000 from the original settlement with the insurance company. Has he been living on that for the past several years?

Yes, I have seen Ashcroft's email and will tend to that letter next. It is great that Terri's condition improved over the weekend, but I am going to keep praying for her continued recovery. You just can't get away from the awesome power of prayer! Like Kimmie, I wish I could be bodily present at that courthouse, praying as Schiavo & gang enter the building. My presence from Ohio will have to suffice!

They are definitely prepared for tomorrow's hearing. They've been spiked every time by J. Greer. Trying to prevent the cremation goes back to questions about what an atopsy might reveal in the event the worse happens.

The reason Terri is supposed to receive medical treatment is because J. Greer, the hanging Judge doesn't pick the "exit protocol" date until September 11th. So, technically, they are supposed to keep her alive until they are supposed to starve her to death by Court Order.

We haven't really checked into Michael Schiavo that much. We've got Hospice, Felos and Greer covered. I can't picture that Michael Schiavo would have a web site but who knows? If he wanted hate mail, maybe. He was really rattled when Jeb Bush wrote to the Judge. He's obsessed with Terri's wishes (hearsay) being carried out. He called the 27K emails Jeb got from "right to lifers". That's not the case. We take care of our own, meaning, an American in need who is being warehoused and then starved to death. Michael Schiavo deserves a google search. Maybe tomorrow. I'm outta here. Good night.

All the talk shows tv and radio are on holiday today. Hannity & Colmes with Tom Daschle. He made the longest sentence I've ever heard. I'll have what he was having. I turned off the tv. Calling the Courthouse in Tampa tomorrow and researching Michael Schiavo. I'd like to find his quotable quotes.

This is just some humor but imagine if Michael Schiavo had a blog spot. I can just picture his daily weblog entries. Sept. 1, 2003: "gee, some kooks at this free republic aren't minding their own business, just like the Governor didn't!"

I read the article on your first link and it had a link to another article regarding Terri. Late in the article it mentions that Schiavo was engaged to the other woman for 5 years, and that was in April, 2001! Here's the link if anyone's interested:

Well, we have J. Greer in the specialty of Zoning. I wonder if there's a way to do a check of Hospice Suncoast of Pinellas zoning applications. They have a few facilities. They've been in Pinellas approx. 10 years.

Additionally, he was a County Commissioner which brings up the zoning question. Did he have anything to do with granting Hospice any variances to acquire property? I'm asking a rhetorical question unless you want to look it up. Did George Felos when he was on the Board of Hospice show up on any documents about zoning variances for Hospice.

If Greer and Felos were both involved in zoning variances for Hospice, neither one of them should have been allowed by law to be involved in Terri's guardianship case. A recusal by Greer and a withdrawal from the case by Felos upon admitting he worked for Hospice who needs patients.

Hospice is a third party who in this case, would be the ones who are starving Terri thanks to J. Greer. If Greer & Felos and Hospice can be linked pre-Terri, it seems like a racket to me.

While we're praying, let's pray that Michael Schiavo caves. That would be sweet. That would really be a miracle.

I did a property search on Jodi Centonze (his live in) from the Pinnellas County Property Appraiser Information web page. So his address is 2807 Marrie Court, Clearwater Fl. 33761-3837.

Hospice employees have their own attorney. They have been fired for trying to change the culture at the Hospice. Jonathan Alpert of Tampa is the expert on Hospice from the employees' standpoint.

Medical records are alleged to have been altered and erased, some by Michael Schiavo himself. When Hospice employees tried to point out irregularities, they've been fired. There are pages and pages of their accounts.

The trust factor in Terri's Fight was breached right after Michael Schiavo received the settlement payout for the malpractice case. That money was for long term care but Felos came along and the push to get rid of the feeding tube began.
