If asked, I'm sure he'll gladly accept and give a campaign speech in front of the hospital after having done the deed. There's no word in the English language strong enough to describe someone who deliberately cashes in on the suffering of others. Evil is the only word we have, but sometimes it just doesn't seem adequate.
