Never in a million years did I think this would happen. I barely know about this case but last week I was listening to the Todd Schnitt Show outta Tampa. Hubby was on and never have I heard a colder fish. He was so clinical about why she must die. Very creepy. Hearing his voice adds another dimension to it all.

Yeah, there is suspicion that he was abusive toward her during their 'marriage' and that he may have been the one who actually inflicted the brain damage upon her.

I heard most of that Schnitt interview.
I tried to give him the benefit of a doubt, since I am predisposed to side with the Schindlers, but I too, thought he sounded "creepy".
For the benefit of FReepers outside the area, it should be noted that Shiavo stated last Friday that he expected a ruling on Monday 8/25 at 3:00pm from the judge, and intended to have the feeding tube removed immediately that day.
Thank God Jeb did something.It doesnt look like it will amount to much, though.Perhaps if he had weighed in before the worthless denisens of the FL "supreme court" denied the appeal.Is there time for SCOTUS?
Strange how he could, if he chose, stay the execution of a convicted murderor on death row, but he has no power in this situation.

Even without hearing the man's voice but being totally aware of his behavior before, during and after Terri's collapse, it is obvious to me who should be the actual one to die.
