Money is principle. Anyone who fails to recognize that economic freedom goes hand in hand with political and religious freedom needs to go back and read the history of this nation's founding. But just one more thing: It is outrageous to say that money is principle. Suggest you look up the subject in the Bible.

One more thing FWIW if I was a California voter not only would I vote for McClintock over Arnold but I would be networking, calling and pounding the pavement in support of him. I wish the NY constitution had the power of recall or initiative/referendum. I hope NYers are watching the power of California voters to right the train before it speeds off the track. We have a ways to wait before the opportunity presents itself for a state constitutional convention and I am praying that Californians do the right thing and set a shining example for us to remember when it comes time for NY citizens to decide whether to give ourselves that power over our elected officials.
