The arrogance of the Fleas is unbelievable: They jump across State lines, know that they have broken the law, and yet demand that they be given "assurance" that they can come home for a given period of time without fear of arrest.

The Senate and the House can continue meeting one day a week, indefinitely.No need to. Within a few weeks the Republicans ought to be able to declare the Rats' seats vacant because the Rats no longer reside in the district to which they were elected.
