I don't subscribe to vigilante justice, and I think it's a travesty that prisons can't keep their inmates safe from harm at the hands of other prisoners. Nonetheless, I can't feel too sad about what's happened here.

I think I have to agree with you. I don't find much solace in the fact that a man in so called Protective custody can so easily be murdered in his cell while guards are "distracted" for a moment.
