I agree with you that those who would have supported Bill Simon will most likely support McClintock.
McClintock is not electable. He cannot win. If he want's to be a govenor, he should move to Idaho. I think he will bow out just before the election. He won't want to be remembered for throwing the election to the democrats just because of his egomania.

"McClintock is not electable" Well the facts don't bear you out. Mac's numbers have doubled while the liberal Aunold's have fallen. The Tokyo Rose propaganda phrase "You can't win!" died in 1945! The last four letters of American bear that out I CAN! Only quitters "can't win!" Aunold is the empty suit liberal who has no platform, no proposals and wants 60 days to learn the job. Well we don't have time to train a governor. McClintock will do more in 60 minutes to fix the problems in Sacramento than the liberal Aunold will do in 60 days! VOTE4MCCLINTOCK or pay$ the con$equence$! I suggest you click here

It could be that Senator McClintock can't get elected Governor right now but he IS electable and I am hopeful that he will get elected to a statewide office somewhere in California. Of course, it could mean McClintock bowing out at the right time when it comes to Arnold. I'd love to see McClintock go up against Boxer for Senator next year if the terminator doesn't self destruct here.
