My goodness just look at the news when have you seen a Crime committed by a pot smoker? tons and tons of crimes committed by drunks and hard core druggies, that is public knowledge.

The crime is illegal trafficing in a narcotic. I know many persons who have financed their businesses by selling pot and later cocaine to bolster their cash flow.
Alchohol, though addictive, is a legal product like tobacco.
I never knew anyone who ran out of booze and switched to meth.
