These are ALABAMA judges reviewing this, and they apparently found enough evidence of contempt to move forward with a full blown trial. And which also makes the calls to suspend the pay of the federal judiciary sort of pointless. Not that you could do such a thing under Article III to begin with, but there you go.

The Federal judiciary deserves a pay slash at the very least, since they are failing to do their assigned task. They are our servants, dammit! And show me one American not related to an ABA member who thinks they deserve the pay they get.
