He already tried. They rejected the appeal.

He asked for a temporary injunction to stay the lower court order. They are almost never granted. The proper appeal process would be to file for a writ of certiorari.

I think he did that as well....is that to ask for a ruling on the judge's original decision. If so, that takes time and they may refuse to hear it.

Please educate me, if I'm wrong. I took the LSAT 23 years ago but I'm no lawyer.
