It would be cool if the building manager refused to comply or publicly resigned. I second that, or at least the building manager never finds the "practicable" time to move it. Thank God Judge Moore has the stamina to fight.

It would be cool if the building manager refused to comply or publicly resigned. He could put the removal job out for bid. There's all kinds of paperwork to be completed and heaven forbid any bidder should protest the selection. Could tie the removal up for a long time. My point is to use the system to screw the system.
