Look, I'm not here to make up positions to ascribe to Roy Moore. I'm relying on the man's own words. I'm probably the only poster here who actually sat down and read his testimony. When I say he disagrees with that proposition, it is because he has said so.
You're completely misreading his words. His position is this: God grants rights. The Consitution protects them. That's perfectly in line with the views of the Founders.
