All the judge has to do it put up a book case full of different religous texts. That way, he can keep his statue, and still acknowledge his God as well as everyone elses, too. That way, he wouldn't be establishimng any one religion, as the pagan courts claim he is.

Granted, but it is the principle that I am looking at here.

There is no violation of the Constitituion, though the courts claim there is.
