I always think what a great idea a generator would be if we have a long power outage....and promptly forget it when the lights are on!I always keep fresh batteries for the radio and flashlight ,tho.

I just hope this is solved soon.We Texans know about really hot weather with no A/C!I never think about water and the ability to pump gas being a problem!I'm spoiled and glad of it!

Spolied in Chicago too -g- Although I did live in one another that was hit weekly up North. But it was reiterated 1000 times in our news we do not share a grid.
