Expert feels it's ridiculous to say it's definitely not terrorism." Who has said authoritatively that "it's definitely not terrorism?" The only thing I've heard so far from official sources is that "there's no indication that its terrorism." Which is true, as far as I can tell.
Lots of people said it's absolutely, positively not terrorism. Here is one example:
"A senior U.S. law enforcement official, speaking on condition of anonymity, said the FBI had determined the blackout was a "natural occurrence" and there was no evidence of terrorism, and that the Homeland Security Department agreed. "
