News just reported that Bush and his team were able to determine it was not terrorism and that Bush plans to attend a fundraiser tonight as planned

I hope that report is either wrong, or he changes his mind. Rightly or wrongly, if he continues with the fundraiser but doesn't speak, at least briefly, on the blackout, he'll be skewered by the media. Doesn't have to have a big news conference, but should at least release a statement.

I can't believe Bush would allow these states to announce States Of Emergency while he's fundraising and not respond in someway.

I heard that if he speaks at all it will be during his fundraiser.
