Well, this little part of Upstate just got its power back, Southern Tier west of Binghamton. Binghamton was still out as of a few minutes ago. They're hurting units. So what's still out, anyone know? And what caused the outage?

On ABC News: Specialist saying Homeland Security said terrorists threatened to affect electricity in August. Specialist is saying that three separate software packages designed to prevent this very thing have obviously failed.
Saying the truth of the matter is that Homeland Security is saying this didn't happen because of traditional terrorist measures, but it doesn't mean they didn't commit an act of cyber terror. On ABC NOW
