Well, this little part of Upstate just got its power back, Southern Tier west of Binghamton. Binghamton was still out as of a few minutes ago. They're hurting units. So what's still out, anyone know? And what caused the outage?

Corning-Elmira? You're local utility is probably pulling power from the Williamsport area, they never went down.
