One of the most legitimate functions of government is protecting the rights of individuals. I purchase phone service for my use and the use of those who I WANT to call. I do not purchase it so some lazy jackass in a distant office can use it to interrupt me and STEAL my time and phone service to pitch horsepuckey products.
