Once over our border, these illegal aliens are breaking the law every moment they are on US soil. The idea that these men had to see them cross the border is assinine.
Well, people are not charged with being in the country illegally, but with entering the country illegally. I don't write the laws, I just report on them.

Are you saying it isn't illegal to be in the country without documentation? Inquiring minds would like to know who we're dealing with here. Are you a coyote, a profiteer on this mess or a member of La Raze, Hermandad Nacional or some other advocacy group?
