What would you say is a fair price for scalps today?
No one is taking scalps but $50-$100 per (illegal alien) head would be a good bounty. $400 for those on the Border Patrol list of repeat offenders who have been deported numerous times and keep coming back like a bad penny.
Money is tight and many capable citizens would welcome being trained and invited to aid in border enforcement.

Dennis you know better than that. No US citizens want that job. It would be outsourced to Mexicans with greencards.
