I'm a minister and a strong believer in home churches - also a strong believer in non-denominationalism.

Ours was a Baptist church until about 20 years ago when an Elim pastor took over. We're still in the Baptist convention and have actually done some good there as far as worship goes. But we're essentially a non-denominational, spirit filled congregation. It's a great place to be on Sunday morning. We have no hierarchy to bow down to who makes decisions for us. We make our own with the counsel of God and four good praying pastors. I would never go back to a denominational church again, having been a Methodist for much of my life and an Episcopalian as a child. I'm sad for that church.
