You are right about lucky for beautiful weather, but the water table is low and believe it or not, we can have drought too. WE NEED RAIN to bring up the water table so water use alerts don't become necessary. Stay safe in those thunderstorms.

Usually by now, the reservoir is practically empty.
Right now it's completely full.
