"The conservatives have been shrewder in organizing, and the liberals have woken up," fretted Jamin Raskin, a leftist law professor at American University. This leftist law professor doesn't seem to know his grammar...I believe that 'woken up' should read 'awakened'. These are the very people who criticize President Bush's improper grammar......ironic, isn't it ??

Non-lawyers can also join the Federalist Society. It is not that expensive and you get the Harvard Law Review and breaks on events. I saw Richard Epstein at a debate a couple of years ago.

The Fed Society deserves a contribution for this reason alone.

This is just like the attempt to create a liberal Rush Limbaugh. These people actually believe the outdated vast right-wing conspiracy talking points! I hope they pour lots of money into this.
