If your adjusted gross is less than 110,000 for a family and 75000 for a single head of house hold and you have dependents under the age of 21, you will recieve a tax rebate.
Regardless of income, if you have no children you will not get the rebate.

You will not get the credit if you had an adjusted gross that was low enough to take advantage of the earned income tax credit.

The earned income credit is a back door way of giving welfare. We are in essence saying that not only do you not have to pay income tax, but you get everything you paid into it and on top of that we will give you as much as three thousand dollars.

Not entirely true. Your children have to be below 17, not 21. We have 17 and 18 year-olds, both living at home. We will not be receiving checks for them.
