That joke is one of my all-time favorites.

I know France is out of favor these days but if you get the chance, you should go. Especially in the South, around Nice and St. Tropez, you would find lots of great restaurants, awesome French wines to try, the Marc Chagall museum, lots of stuff to see and to do, plus you are right on the ocean. It?s a great place, just make sure you can speak at least a little bit of French and the people are not at all unpleasant.

Unfortunately, I can only speak English, a little bit of Spanglish, Kitchen Spanish, Ebonics, and Yonkeese, although I am trying to learn Redneck in case I retire to the Florida panhandle.
