There is something seriously wrong when 2 opposing sides can *both* declare that they are following "the law". I am not smart enough to figure his out. I would appreciate some help with this.The way I see it, the House and Senate's job is to represent their constituents. In 1992, when the 'RATS called a special session and nixed the 2/3rd's rule, did the GOP FLEE to prevent redistricting from taking place? No. They stayed and tried to do the right thing. What the 'RATS are pulling is obstructionism, pure and simple. And they're trying to pull it off as an honorable thing - saying that the GOP is trying to squash the voice of minorities. Yeah, right ! < /sarcasm >
