If he wins, we win. If he loses, we still win --he gets a bunch of free publicity.
Still got the cat? I still remember her.

The vote to recall is separate from the vote for a replacement.

Wont he be forced to give up his radio program while he is a candidate?

Says he's exploring a run for Governor.
First thing he wants to address is the illegal alien disaster.
He's got my vote...in a heartbeat.

Stern ran for Mayor, and he didn't give up his show...

But, you no longer have to rely on radio. The internet has made us free. Free at last. Free at last.

Does give Davis any advantage.Just as many have predicted. Numerous GOP/Independent candidates on the right, only Davis on the left = Davis staying in office.

Where did you hide the webcam?
(Actually it is about the same as the way Mel Gibson wore his in 'The Patriot')

Doesn't matter what his platform is - the "get Aids and die" comment, for starters, means he will never have even a remote chance of winning. He can muck things up and help the Democrats though. But hey, it's a good publicity stunt for this egomaniac.
To: litany_of_lies
Yawn. No way he wins. He can't raise money, or he is has to give up his show. He will have no name recognition in the race. The republicans will team up against him. His only shot at winning is a 15 member race where he gets in with 8% and wins a plurality. This is a waste of time.
To: litany_of_lies
Ha ha! He has repeatedly said he would never run for public office.

hehe.. well he's on 870 AM Los Angeles. Which I thought was Medved's station (is it?)
I just heard this guy say he's exploring because "no conservatives are running." WTF does he think McClintock is? Savage is a complete buffoon.

Numerous GOP/Independent candidates on the right, only Davis on the left = Davis staying in office. It doesn't work that way. Gray Davis's name will not be on the list of possible replacements for Gray Davis. If numerous rightist candidates split the vote that could of course help whichever leftist candidate runs to replace Davis. But it wouldn't help Davis per se.
What could help Davis, though, is that he could "run against Savage" by saying to Californians that if they recall Davis they might wind up with an unstable psycho for governor. This argument might be persuasive.
