(2) Catholic clergy protest every day at slaughterhouses for children and manage to avoid the kind of property damage these heretics inflicted.

The difference is that the federal law that prohibits "disruption" of activity at an abortion clinic
applies to peaceful protests on public streets and sidewalks. If these morons had been arrested for protesting on a road leading to the military base, they would have been given bench warrants and spent 2 hours in jail.
