I guess she stops being so "shaken up" when she parties and gets a little alcohol in her system. At that point, she brags about the incident and about Kobe's endowment. Flame away!

We'll see if the claims of her partying show up in the real court case. I'll bet they dont since the quote was like,,,,man,,like,,,she was ...like totally joking....like about it/ Lets hear details. Exactly what was said and in what context. There is a special place in hell for the Kobe apologists dragging the girls name thru the mud without any verification of story or checking the reliability of those statements. DNA plus physical evidence may trump drunk kids at a party telling tales. Wait till court is in session.

"She couldn't believe that his wife was sitting there and apparently didn't care about adultery," Bray said. Neither did the "victim," apparently.
To: kattracks
Her "friends" aren't doing her any favors by constantly running their mouths.

I'll take the word of five people at that party, plus the fact that this girl was mentally unstable anyway (suicide, anyone?) , plus the fact that she has been labelled a "drama queen", to provide a good basis for me being a Kobe apologist.

Considering about everything we get in the news is heresay, your point is being a bit one-sided. Yeah, lets wait til the evidence is heard before anyone is damned to hell.

Visible evidence. Bruises, is my guess. Sounds more and more like Juanita Broaddrick (except Broaddrick didn't come forward for 20 years.)

You're right that we don't know what happened. Isn't that a reason not to publicize the girl's name?

I'll take the word of five people at that party over evidence anyday.

Since I don't know what the so called "evidence" is yet, and neither do you, I'm sticking by my assesment. If some actual evidence is shown that Kobe raped this girl, I'll reconsider my position. As of now, this case appears to be an admitted adulterer against a suicidal, mentally unstable nut.

But you believe 1 person speaking to a news reporter and rumors about mental instability. Sounds like your mind is made up.

Don't bother me with the facts, I've got my opinion?

I guess she stops being so "shaken up" when she parties and gets a little alcohol in her system. At that point, she brags about the incident and about Kobe's endowment. Flame away!Yesterday, Sean Hannity was talking to a guy who said that officials in the area were illegally sealing public records to keep it from getting out that she tried the same thing with two other guys. I guess we'll have to wait to find the real story, but far too many of these cases are just a try for the gold...

Everything I hear leads me to conclude that "R" bryant is guilty of the crime and deserves a prison sentence.

It was reported on Greta's show last week that she'd claimed rape twice in the past as well.

What facts? That she tried to off herself, that five different people saw her partying and bragging about the incident, or the probable rumors that she's claimed sexual assault twice in the past? Yeah, those facts.

Must be bruises where she was restrained by Bryant (arms?). But I'm sure many on this thread will have another ready-made explanation to discount this. Maybe she bruised her OWN arms...
