Here is what I think is going on PKM

Right now the left knows they are in deep doo doo, and that this President has outsmarted them at every turn.

He squeaked into office by a whisker and they didn't seem to worried because they had the "Illegitimate" title to toss around. They were a little more successful at stealing the Senate then they were the Presidency so all was good. But what they didn't prepare for was this presidents ability to get his agenda passed and that was a setback, they forgot about the tax cut bill because their candidate offered one as well. But then came 9/11 and Bush showed he had what it took to be a leader and that’s is when they got worried.

They started by trying to say that "Bush Knew" and it failed. They then tried to discredit the Afghan War over Tora Bora and attacked him on everything they could dream up and it cost them big in the Mid-Term elections and from that point on it has been pure desperation.

They tried to slam him for landing on the Lincoln, they tried to trash him on the economy and it's turning around. They see all these things going away and now they see he is out front on many of the things they wanted to push for and now they have absolutely nothing but trying to pick one sentence from a 4,000 word speech, call him a liar and call for his impeachment. The Liberals are out of ammo and they know it, it's desperation time and the word is out to their fellow minded liberals that it's time for a "Hail Mary" pass.

The problem is, George W. Bush has earned the respect of the nation and all of these efforts will be exposed for what they are. We just need to stay alert and go on the offensive when articles like the one we saw posted on CHB last night. William McKinney deserves all the accolades we can give him for his work on this story. Nothing short of outstanding IMHO

I do not disagree with you. I do wonder though about the recent poll numbers. I do not care for polls, but people are using them. According to the media, the polls say that Bush's favorability level is tanking.

Personally, I have an attitude about certain things. I do not like hearing every freaking day that more of our Troops are being murdered in Iraq. I think that there is a softness in security over in Iraq, and that notion is disturbing me greatly.

I have been of the opinion that the current administration has been brilliant in every single endeavor on which they have engaged. I believe that they are going to have a big surprise for their liberal critics. I certainly think it, and I am looking forward to it. The left is being set up, and I could not be more pleased.

That is all well and good in my opinion. My major problem is that American Troops are being assasinated almost regularly with impunity. This is causing me great travail. Bush needs to have his group address this issue and stop it from happening. If they cannot stop the bleeding, then "W's" administration has no future.

That is IMHO a shame, because the alternative to the Bush Administration is something that I do not wish to contemplate!
